  • Refreshing Q-cas, the quality standard for community advice services in Bedfordshire (2015) - which Infotrain originally developed in 2008

  • Helping VOCypf (Voluntary Organisations for children, Young People and Families) to develop a constitution, strategy and action plan (2014)

  • Supporting Bedfordshire and Luton Learning Partnership to become an approved assessment centre for NOCN qualifications (2014)

  • Advising and supporting Bedfordshire's voluntary sector infrastructure suport agencies (through Voluntaryworks), to start using volunteer Community Group Advisers (2013)

  • Advising and supporting Voluntaryworks to set up a partnership vehicle to deliver infrastructure services in Bedfordshire and Luton (2012)

  • Providing advice and support for the future development of Luton Rights (2011)
