Examples of our workBenefits Advice In Bedfordshire - The Bedfordshire Tackling Poverty Together Group commissioned Infotrain to undertake research into the take-up of benefits and the provision of benefits advice in Bedfordshire as part of a wider review into social exclusion in the county. Infotrain were responsible for the devising the methodology, collating statistical data, conducting interviews with local agencies, as well as the writing and presentation of the final report. Our recommendations following this research have been endorsed and taken forward by the TPT Group. Click here for a summary of the report Mid Beds. Credit Union - The Mid Beds Credit Union Focus Group commissioned Infotrain to conduct a research project and feasibility study for the development of a credit union in Mid Bedfordshire. The final report, produced in July 2007, has enabled the Focus Group to decide whether a credit union is viable in Mid Bedfordshire and, if so, how a credit union could be set up in the area. Bedford Advice Forum Supported Training and Development Project (BAF-STEP) - Infotrain was responsible for the management of this very successful, ESF funded project on behalf of BAF. The 2 year project involved research into the staff development and training needs for BAF members, and then the setting-up of an extensive training and NVQ programme for BAF.
