Len Simkins (Infotrain Director) acts as the Secretary for Bedfordshire Advice Forum in his role as Advice UK's regional representative in the Eastern Region. Infotrain is also commissioned to arrange meetings for BAF, which is the forum for local advice and information providers in Bedfordshire. These meetings provide an opportunity for BAF members to network with other members and to discuss issues affecting the local advice sector. BAF meetings are held every 3 months in Bedford. The last meeting of the Forum took place on the 26th June - click here for minutes of the last BAF meeting. The Bedford Advice Forum Annual General Meeting was held on 26th June 2008 click here for minutes of the BAF AGM. We also organise the Steering Group meetings for BAF. The Steering Group oversees BAF and plans its activities and finances.

also formed a new 'Community Interest Company' entited "Advice Bedfordshire -
this was included in BAF's 3 year strategy and 2006/07 action pan. This
Company will act as the "trading arm" for BAF.
